Frequently asked questions

Is it really free?+

If you are entitled to an AVGS or Bildungsgutschein — yes: the authority pays the provider directly and your share is €0.

Do I qualify after only three months on benefits?+

Duration alone does not decide. Status, goal and justification do.

I am not in Frankfurt+

We work online across Germany; applications go through your local office.

What if the Jobcenter refuses?+

A refusal must be justified in writing. We review the reason and reapply where appropriate.

Are you certified?+

Yes: CERTURIA, AZAV and a BAFA listing. That is a precondition for accepting vouchers.
